You ask, we answer...

Can I wear my Rochet in the shower/at the beach? Is it waterproof?

Yes, they can be worn in the shower as they contain NO metal. However, it is not suitable to expose some stones daily to water and we do not advise for it to be worn daily in the shower. As a result, discolouration can appear on the seed beads (the gold ones in-between the stones), they turn clear. However, the colour of the chain won't be affected as it is textile thread (it just has a metallic finish). Although, as with any textiles, some fading can occur in time, especially if exposed to water.

When will my order be shipped?

All products are made to order, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your order to be made and shipped.

Is it possible to have a silver chain instead of gold?

Yes, just get in touch!

Do you offer delivery outside of the UK?

Yes! However, to simplify our tax collection processes, we use Etsy. Head over to our shop there for shipping to the US, EU and Australia.

While Etsy collects some of the taxes for US and Australian buyers, as well as some EU countries, Rochet bears no responsibility for any custom taxes the buyer may be charged upon order collection. Rochet is only responsible for the item until it is dispatched and a tracking code is provided to the customer. Rochet complies with all regulations for shipping to the EU from the UK, including customs declarations. Any other duties lie solely with the customer.
